Master planning, golf routing, and project envisioning were performed on over 1,000 acres located towards the southern end of Eleuthera near Rock Sound. Working with our clients and a full team of design professionals, we spear-headed the re-envisioning of a world-class resort destination providing for hotel, casino, residential opportunities, a signature golf course, and a golf teaching and learning facility while respecting the enduring qualities and natural beauty the property provides.
